Luca's Doctors Are Impressed
During rounds this morning, Luca's doctors told us that he's doing amazing. His white cell count has gone down significantly, he hasn't seen any major complications from the chemotherapy, he's been eating and sleeping well, and his tumors and skin legions are shrinking. Now it's 6 days of rest, then the second round of aggressive chemo treatment. He's a fighter.

The first of many good reports from doctors... There are a lot of people pulling for the little man. Greg and Manal, you two are doing the most important job asked of a parent -- caring for your child during a tough time. We all support Luca, and we're here for you too. All our love, The Keating's.

Dear Greg and Manal,
I received the heartbreaking news about your beautiful baby boy via email from some LHS'ers this week. So happy to hear of a good report from the doctors -- I hope to read many more like this one.
Keeping you, Luca and your families in my thoughts,
Lea (Pavente) Nordhaus
(One of Greg's classmates at LHS)
